💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Rules
  • Cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations must be done through the website under “My Bookings.”
2. Refund Policy
  • 100% refund if cancelled 24+ hours before departure.
  • 75% refund if cancelled between 12–24 hours before departure.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 4–12 hours before departure.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 4 hours before departure.
3. Processing Time

Refunds are credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Operator Cancellations

If the bus operator cancels the trip, you will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
