cancellations are processed and how payments are refunded to users after deducting applicable
service charges.
1. Cancellation Rules
- Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before departure, subject to applicable charges.
- Cancellations must be done through the website under “My Bookings.”
2. Refund Based on Cancellation Time
- 1 Month Before Departure: 20% service charge will be deducted and the remaining
80% will
be refunded to you.
- 1 Day Before Departure: 30% service charge will be deducted and the remaining
70% will be
refunded to you.
- On the Day of Journey: 25% service charge will be deducted and the remaining
75% will be
refunded to you.
3. Payment Return Timeline
- All approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours after cancellation
confirmation.
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working
days.

4. Operator Cancellations
- If the bus operator cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund or the
option to
reschedule at no extra cost.
- Refunds for operator cancellations are processed automatically without additional charges.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be processed if cancellation is done less than 4 hours before departure.
- If incorrect booking details are provided, refunds may be denied.
