💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy, outlining how cancellations are processed and how payments are refunded to users after deducting applicable service charges.

1. Cancellation Rules
  • Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before departure, subject to applicable charges.
  • Cancellations must be done through the website under “My Bookings.”
2. Refund Based on Cancellation Time
  • 1 Month Before Departure: 20% service charge will be deducted and the remaining 80% will be refunded to you.
  • 1 Day Before Departure: 30% service charge will be deducted and the remaining 70% will be refunded to you.
  • On the Day of Journey: 25% service charge will be deducted and the remaining 75% will be refunded to you.
3. Payment Return Timeline
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours after cancellation confirmation.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

4. Operator Cancellations
  • If the bus operator cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
  • Refunds for operator cancellations are processed automatically without additional charges.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
  • No refunds will be processed if cancellation is done less than 4 hours before departure.
  • If incorrect booking details are provided, refunds may be denied.
